Even with all the ads on TV for better more reliable insurance at lower cost…everyone should know that you can get great rate advice by working with the staff at your insurance agent’s office. Like I do, just take ownership in your insurance. "Canceled insurance when I sold my company. Instantly wasn’t a priority anymore and they direct me to state farm corporate billing service to deal with getting my refund."

While payments are scheduled for the 13th of each month, the policy coverage periods run from the 2nd to the 2nd of the following month. Your last payment covered coverage from December 2nd through January 2nd. You requested cancellation on January 13th, and we provided coverage through that date. However, we have not billed you for coverage between January 2nd and January 13th, nor do we owe a refund, as there is no unearned insurance coverage remaining. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you, Pam"
