Located at the corner of Higley and Ray Road, Pam Johnson and her team serve as a dedicated resource for local households throughout Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Queen Creek, and the surrounding Phoenix metropolitan area during this high-travel season.

I'm so glad you're here.

For more than 33 years, I've enjoyed helping individuals, families, and business owners better understand their insurance and prepare for life's changes.

Every person has a different story, different priorities, and different questions. That's why I believe every conversation should begin with listening.

I enjoy taking the time to get to know the people I serve so I can better understand what's important to them. My goal is to provide information, answer questions, and help people better understand their insurance options.

My Approach

No two families are alike, so I don't believe every conversation should be the same.

Whether we're reviewing your current coverage, discussing changes in your life, or answering questions about insurance, I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and taking the time you need to understand your options.

Helping people understand insurance has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

Experience

I began my State Farm career in 1993 as a Personal Lines Fire Underwriter before opening my agency on September 1, 2000.

That experience gave me a strong understanding of risk and the importance of helping people protect what matters most.

Continuing my education has always been important to me. I hold the professional designations CPCU®, ChFC®, CLU®, CASL®, and RICP®, and I continue to study so I can better serve the people who choose to work with me.

Throughout my career, I have been honored to qualify for many State Farm recognition programs, and I appreciate the opportunity to serve customers and build long-lasting relationships within our community.

A Little About Me

I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Marketing, and Risk Management & Insurance. Looking back, it was the perfect foundation for a career that combines learning, teaching, and helping others.

Growing up in an Air Force family allowed me to experience different parts of the United States and the Netherlands before settling in Texas. Those experiences taught me to appreciate people from many different backgrounds and to value relationships.

My husband, Dan, and I have been married since 1987. We have one son, Chris, and two energetic cats, Mahina and Ike.

When I'm away from the office, you'll usually find me walking, hiking, running, golfing, stand-up paddleboarding, skiing, riding my ElliptiGO, or working in the yard. I also enjoy volunteering and supporting organizations that strengthen our community.

ABOUT MY TEAM:

Employing and working with a great team is very important to me. I have a full team of licensed professionals. Here are the friendly and knowledgeable team members that will assist you when you call.

LaShea Arnold: LaShea has been with State Farm since 1993 and with the agency since 2002. She is a graduate of ASU. LaShea is a licensed agent (Property and Casualty, Life and Health, and other) for over 23 years. LaShea is a wealth of knowledge on auto insurance and home insurance and especially enjoys business lines/commercial insurance and life insurance. LaShea loves learning new things and is licensed in all that we do at the agency. LaShea loves helping people and she looks forward to speaking with you!

Natasha Johnson: Natasha comes to us from Montana and has been with the agency since 2020. She recently moved back to Montana to be near family and works remotely from Montana. Natasha is a licensed agent (Property and Casualty, Life and Health). She provides home, renters, boat, personal articles, personal liability umbrella, auto, motorcycle, golf cart, RV, and sand rail quotes. Natasha also assists with billing and drive safe and save (DSS). She also is a calming voice when there is a claim. Although we share a last name, Natasha and I are not related. Natasha is great at solving problems and is happy to help you!

Dolores Hernandez: With over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, Dolores is dedicated to helping you prepare for life’s unexpected moments while providing an exceptional customer experience. She is a proud mother of two wonderful children—a 9-year-old son and a 6-year-old daughter. When she is not assisting policyholders with their insurance needs, you’ll likely find her cheering her kids on at soccer games or practices alongside her husband. Fun facts about Dolores: She is a big fan of pizza and shopping! Dolores looks forward to working with you. HAPPY ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY, DOLORES!

Alli Seckman: Introducing Alli, a dedicated insurance professional with experience dating back to 2005. Her greatest motivation is her husband and two children, with whom she strives to balance hard work, fun, and the teaching of strong morals and values—values she proudly sees reflected in her family. Known for her discipline, focus, goal-oriented mindset, and empathy, Alli brings a compassionate and driven approach to our team. We are thrilled to have her as part of our State Farm family!

Haley Burgess: Meet Haley, a dedicated insurance professional with 5+ years of experience in the industry. We are so excited she has found her way to us via Washington state. Haley will be a remote worker until she moves to Arizona which we anticipate being in the Fall. Haley is married and has two young children. She loves to vacation anywhere that is warm with a pool, and her hobbies are painting and crafts. Welcome Haley!

Barbara Young: Barbara is Pam's mom, and she writes our greeting cards and keeps us organized when she is not playing pool or quilting.

Christopher Johnson: Meet Chris, Pam’s 21-year-old son and a dedicated senior currently attending both Benedictine University and Grand Canyon University, where he proudly competes on the golf teams. With a strong interest in the medical field, Chris is considering medical school after graduation. He also contributes to the agency by working part-time behind the scenes.

Meriyah Reyes: Meet Meriyah. She is our recent high school graduate. She is studying for her Property and Casualty exam to serve our customers further. YAY Meriyah!

• NEW: We are the insurance sponsor for MESA CARS AND COFFEE! The new season will start September 2026 and run through April 2027. Beautiful antique classic cars and fun people to interact with. Dana Park (US 60 and Val Vista) from 7:00am to 10:00am. See you there!

• Proud Park University scholarship provider and mentor to female business majors. (2020-2023)

• Proud San Tan Charter School Gilbert AZ athletics sponsor. (2014 to current)

• Safe Haven for Animals (Scottsdale) - no kill shelter: State Farm is providing a $5,000 charitable donation in my name due to my panel participation at the 2022 CC meeting.

• Sunshine Acres: provides a loving, wholesome, faithful home for children who are apart from their parents. 1. We have provided monthly pizza delivery with other local agents. (2020) 2. We send signed birthday cards to the children monthly. (2020 to current) 3. State Farm is kindly providing a $5,000 grant to Sunshine Acres due to my top 20 placement in 100 ACTS OF GOOD. (2022)

• Sunshine Acres: We send birthday cards to each birthday child every month. What a fun and wonderful way to celebrate these kids who have been through hardships but are now in a loving and caring home.

• 12ks of Christmas sponsor which benefits animal shelters in addition to spreading the Holiday spirit. (2010-2019). The event has sadly ended.
