I have a BS in Finance, Marketing and Risk Management & Insurance. This was the perfect pre-curser to what I do as a State Farm agent.

I started with State Farm in 1993 as a fire underwriter and became an agent in 2000. I am an active and engaged agent and you will likely find me on your left when you walk into the agency!

Studying my craft is very important to me so I can be of value to YOU. My professional designations are CPCU®, ChFC®, CLU®, CASL®, RICP®.

MORE ABOUT ME:

I was born into an Air Force family in upper state New York. I moved around the U.S. during my elementary years and lived in the Netherlands (Holland) during my junior high school years with my parents and brother. We landed in San Antonio Texas for my high school years and then I moved to Austin Texas to attend and graduate from The University of Texas at Austin. Hook 'em horns!

Dan and I have been married since 1987, and we have a 20-year-old son named Chris. We enjoyed guiding him thru his high school years and attending his basketball /volleyball games and golf matches. Chris will be starting his junior year at Benedictine University and Grand Canyon University this Fall. He is also on the men's golf team. We are looking forward to going to his golf matches and seeing what this semester provides. We love pets and have 2 rambunctious cats - Mahina and Ike. I love to be active outside walking, hiking, running, golfing, landscape trimming, ElliptiGO riding, SUPn and skiing.

My passion and purpose are to help others achieve their financial goals, manage their risk and protect their assets by listening and getting to know them. It is so much fun to help others see how the financial and risk management worlds work together in achieving their goals while also protecting what is important to them. The sooner we chat the better!

LaShea Arnold: LaShea has been with State Farm since 1993 and with the agency since 2002. She is a graduate of ASU. LaShea is a licensed agent (Property and Casualty, Life and Health, and other) for over 23 years. LaShea is a wealth of knowledge on auto insurance and home insurance and especially enjoys business lines/commercial insurance and life insurance. LaShea loves learning new things and is licensed in all that we do at the agency. LaShea loves helping people and she looks forward to speaking with you!

Natasha Johnson: Natasha comes to us from Montana and has been with the agency since 2020. She recently moved back to Montana to be near family and works remotely from Montana. Natasha is a licensed agent (Property and Casualty, Life and Health). She provides home, renters, boat, personal articles, personal liability umbrella, auto, motorcycle, golf cart, RV, and sand rail quotes. Natasha also assists with billing and drive safe and save (DSS). She also is a calming voice when there is a claim. Although we share a last name, Natasha and I are not related. Natasha is great at solving problems and is happy to help you!

Carrie Kidd: Meet Carrie, the warm and welcoming face at our front desk and the friendly voice you hear when you call. With a genuine passion for helping others, she plays a vital role in keeping our agency running smoothly as our executive assistant. Carrie is a proud mother of three grown sons and enjoys supporting her family while crossing off adventures from her bucket list. She loves spending time outdoors, especially in the mountains, and has a keen interest in car shows, art, tattoos, and college football—go Georgia Bulldogs! While she assists with payments and payment-related questions, Carrie is always ready to connect you with the right team member for any policy inquiries.

Dolores Hernandez: Introducing Dolores Hernandez. With over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, Dolores is dedicated to helping you prepare for life’s unexpected moments while providing an exceptional customer experience. She is a proud mother of two wonderful children—a 9-year-old son and a 6-year-old daughter. When she is not assisting policyholders with their insurance needs, you’ll likely find her cheering her kids on at soccer games or practices alongside her husband. Fun facts about Dolores: She is a big fan of pizza and shopping! Dolores looks forward to working with you.

Alli Seckman: Introducing Alli, a dedicated insurance professional with experience dating back to 2005. Her greatest motivation is her husband and two children, with whom she strives to balance hard work, fun, and the teaching of strong morals and values—values she proudly sees reflected in her family. Known for her discipline, focus, goal-oriented mindset, and empathy, Alli brings a compassionate and driven approach to our team. We are thrilled to have her as part of our State Farm family!

Carol Yim: Meet Carol, a dedicated insurance professional with 5 years of experience in the industry. Before joining insurance, Carol spent many years in the clothing industry and lived in Hawaii for 20 years. Originally from Mexico, she brings a passion for helping people and a commitment to providing exceptional service to every policyholder.

Marie Prato: Meet Marie, a dedicated insurance professional with 5+ years of experience in the industry. We are so excited she has found her way back to State Farm and our agency!

Barbara Young: Barbara is Pam's mom, and she writes our greeting cards and keeps us organized when she is not playing pool or quilting.

Christopher Johnson: Meet Chris, Pam’s 20-year-old son and a dedicated junior currently attending both Benedictine University and Grand Canyon University, where he proudly competes on the golf teams. With a strong interest in the medical field, Chris is considering medical school after graduation. He also contributes to the agency by working part-time behind the scenes.

• NEW: We are the insurance sponsor for MESA CARS AND COFFEE! Please join us the third Saturday of the month from September 2025 to April 2026. Beautiful antique classic cars and fun people to interact with. Pam will typically have her 1997 BMW 328i convertible parked by the State Farm branded red tent. Dana Park (US 60 and Val Vista) from 7:00am to 10:00am. Next show is October 20, 2025 and the them is Cars and Costumes. See you there!
